E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion/Action: Commission to discuss and approve a $1,147.94 reimbursement for the dishwasher replacement at the Toddler Towers building.
2. Discussion/Action: Commission to approve the fiscal support services contract with Karen Rickman for up to $5,000.
3. Action Item: Commission authorizing the Executive Director to sign an Audit Engagement Letter with Singleton Auman PC to secure the annual audit services for $9,000 per year. This rate includes FY 24-25, FY 25-26, and FY 26-27.
4. Commission to update Plumas Bank signatory card by adding Sheryll Prinz-McMillan and Staci Armstrong as signers and removing Andrea Ceresola and Kelly Champion.
