E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion/Action: Commission to discuss and consider options for employee benefits.
2. Action Item: Commission to approve Impact Legacy Grant Agreement between First 5 Sierra County and El Dorado County Office of Education for the amount of $41,064, effective date commence as of August 1, 2023 and end on June 30, 2025.
3. Action Item: Commission to discuss and approve Mentoring Services Contract for up to $3,500 from October 12th, 2023 through June 30, 2024 with Alicia Barney to support First 5 Impact Program
4. Discussion/Action: Commission to authorize the Executive Director to Enter into different agreements to provide services described on the approved IMPACT Legacy Grant Budget Narrative not to exceed the amount of $22,800 for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025.
5. Discussion/Action Item: Commission to discuss and approve Contracting and Procurement Policy update
