E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Public Hearing: SCCFC Annual Audit review as of June 30, 2025. The Public Hearing aims to hear public comment on the findings reported in the Sierra County Children and Families Commission Annual Audit as of June 30, 2025, according to Health Code Section 130140(d)(2).
2. Action item: Adoption of the SCCFC Annual Audit as of June 30, 2025, review audit findings, corrective action, and implementation date.
3. Public Hearing: SCCFC Annual Report FY 2024-2025. The Public Hearing aims to hear public comment on the Sierra County Children and Families Commission Annual Report, July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025, under Health Code Section 130140(d)(2).
4. Action item: Commission to update the signatory card for the Sierra County Children and Families Commission checking account xxxxx0802 to add Rhonda Grandi as a signer and remove Victoria Clark.
5. Discussion/action: Commission to review and approve procurement procedures.
