E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Public Hearing: The county commission has adopted either a new or revised county strategic plan, conducted the required public hearing, and submitted the adopted plan and any revisions to the state
commission, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 130140 (a)(1)(D), (E) and (F).
2. Public Hearing: The county commission has adopted, in a public hearing, policies and processes establishing the salaries and benefits of employees of the county commission, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 130140(d)(6).
3. Action/Discussion: Commission to approve the updated 2025 Preschool Policy
4. Action Item: Commission to discuss and approve the Sierra County Children and Families Commission Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
5. Action Item: Commission to approve SPCFA contracts for fiscal year 2025-2026 for $102,260.
6. Action Item: Commission to approve IMPACT Legacy contracts for fiscal year 2025-2026 for $15,500.
7. Action Item: Commission to approve QCC contract for mentoring services for fiscal year 2025-2026 for $3,500.
