1. Discussion Item: Commission to review and approve Hiring Policy and Procedures.

H. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion/Action Item: Imagination Library request to be moved to a 501c3 to conform with Dollywood requirements. Approval of continued financial support of Imagination Library through a possible contract with the Sierra County Child Abuse Council/Family Resource Center.
2. Discussion/Action Item: Discussion and approval to have the exterior of Sierra Kids painted by H.B. Restoration INC. during the Sierra Plumas Joint Unified School District exterior painting project. Estimated expenditure of $4,850.
3. Discussion Item: Overview of proposed draft FY 26-27 budget.
