1. Public Hearing: Sierra County Children and Families Commission Strategic Plan. Commission to receive public comment on the Strategic Plan.
2. Action item: Commission to approve revised Strategic Plan 2021-2024.
3. Public Hearing: First 5 California’s Annual Report FY 2021-22 The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment on First 5 California’s Annual Report FY 2021-22.
4. Action Item: Commission to approve Mini Grants fiscal year 2023-2024 for the amount of $34,311.69.
5. Discussion/Action item: Commission to discuss and approve SCCFC Budget FY 23-24.
6. Action Item: Approve Employment Agreement: Approval of Executive Director Employment Agreement with Candy Corcoran, in the amount of $74,817.60 for the period commencing July 1st, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024.
7. Discussion/Action Item: Commission to discuss and approve Contracting and Procurement Policy update.
8. Action Item: Commission to update Plumas Bank signatory card by adding Sally Easley and Jamie Shiltz as signers and removing Jessica Norman.
